East Emmetts Minotaur Heavy Trooper

Hailing from the rugged forest kingdom of the East Emmetts (who are descended from feudal knights), Minotaurs form an active part of the East Emmetts forces. Having once been ancient foes of man, the Minotaurs of the East Emmetts are highly respected and feared warriors on the field of battle. Having been united through sharing a mutual enemy (the orcs) and wishing to face someone just as 'tough and big' as they are (black orcs), both the men of the East Emmetts and Minotaur race have now found themselves in a cooperative relationship for mutual survival. While Minotaurs enjoy a good fight, it's thanks to Man that they are given the choicest arms and armor to let them reign supreme on the battlefield, and their choice of weapon is no exception to this case.

Minotaur heavy infantry are armed with the impressive 3.7 cm Pak 36 Anti-tank gun. Additional rounds for the gun are strapped to their chest which the Minotaur can easily load single-handedly, and should there come a need to engage in close combat they also have a halbred mounted on the underside for thrusting or cleaving opponents with. They are also very tough and hardy soldiers, capable of withstanding blows and wounds that would kill a normal man, while also armored to the equivalent of most nation's other 'armored infantry' (who are usually fully enclosed and extremely slow due to the weight of their armor). This allows Minotaurs to serve as both anti-tank shocktroopers as well as heavy assault infantry, with the Republic's own equivalent being the living-machine Steam Golems (see this link for more info on them: [link])
