I think it looks better on me, sis...? (WIP)

Commission Work-In-Progress by *palestorm. I haven't heard back from him in awhile and didn't want this drawing to go to waste. Will be updated if I ever get the final version (which will have more lighting/shading, etc). This scene is of Rarity and Sweetie Bell inside Carousel Boutique; Rarity is trying to get ready to attend some show that Sweetie Bell invited her to while Sweetie Bell is being a little tease and trying to play 'dress up' like Rarity does when she fawns over clothing.

The idea of the short story was that Sweetie Bell grew up to be as beautiful and as gorgeous as Rarity when she was in her prime (being it runs in the family sort of thing). Sweetie Bell has taken on more of an interest in 'looking fabulous' as she always tries to emulate her sister whom she idolizes. Rarity (even though she is the spirit of Generousity) is a bit jealous that Sweetie Bell is trying to steal the spotlight, hence the look on her face.

The reason behind this scene is that Sweetie Bell gave a ticket to Rarity for this 'grand show' of a new singer's debut at Canterlot and Rarity is trying to get ready for the event. What she doesn't know is that Sweetie Bell is going to be the star of it and the whole show is being done as a dedication to 'The Best Sister in the World', another big reason why Rarity cries when she's seeing her sister on stage in the next scene...

That was my little idea for the story anyway. And hey, even if Rarity isn't as young as she used to be, she's still gorgeous in Sweetie Bell's eyes!
