Duchess Elorian Bay, aka the Grand Rose - Bottom, in red dress
Duke Whinnyfield Hancock - Bottom, in blue uniform with steel top hat
Princess Cadance - To the left of the Duchess

Princess Angel Song and Prince Knight Light - Under Celestia
Princess Celestia and Princess Luna - Obviously, flying in the sky above the party ^^
