The Queen of Frost, the Fey-Lord of Winter (v2)

Commission piece done by my friend mr-tiaa. This one concepting what the people of the Northern Steppes look like in my Lords of Sovereign comic book series.

A magical being known as the Fey, the Queen of Frost is a supremely powerful Fey-Lord of the Northern Steppes. Her magical power far surpasses those of mere mortals, and she is rightly feared by both good and evil beings alike.   She is depicted as a snow wolf in animal form, and this is version 2 of her concept.
