This scene is depicting a key scene in the Manor at Fort Calhoof (residence and home of the Grand Duchess and Grand Duke). While Chrysalis gloats and uses the power of her medallion to keep the heroes at bay, two certain heroes move into action to help tip the balance of power back to Twilight's favor!

Also to those who may ask where Scootaloo, Chrysalis' plans called for abducting the SISTERS of the Mane Six to use them as a bargaining chip to prevent them from acting out against her. So Sweetie Bell and Apple Bloom were nabbed but Scootaloo was left alone!

Scootaloo is probably physically alright since she and Dash aren't actually related but she's probably both worried sick about her friends and furious that Chrysalis is using her friends as bargaining chips. Fortunately Sweetie and Apple Bloom aren't content to just play damsel in distress.
